feat: stock screening service with value/growth strategies

- Multi-factor screening (PER, PBR, ROE, composite scoring)
- GET /results/latest endpoint with stock name joins
- REST API with health, streams, and trigger endpoints
- Redis Streams for async job processing
- Docker support with multi-stage build
